Terry & Lisa,
Just wanted you both to know how much we Love and appreciate you both. Bro. Cobb was commenting after you preached on Sunday night, just how much you have grown in the Lord.
Bro. Cordle also agreed and plans on using you more.
We can all see how much you put your heart into all you do. The songs are wonderful and are such a blessing. Please know that we support your future endeavors but we pray that for now, God will keep you both with us, at Custer. You are so needed by all of your church family.
Thank you both for being the editors of our church newsletter and all the work that goes into it.
Our Love and Prayers Continue to Be With You Both in whatever the future may hold.

Welcome all!

Old fashioned straight from the bible preaching for the coming times!

Long before political correctness and positive thinking theology, there were a group of people dedicated to spreading the truth of God's Word. Telling all who would listen that Heaven was BEAUTIFUL and Hell was HOT, and a choice had to be made. Have you made the right choice?

Welcome to another little way of spreading a message from God's Word. I believe we are closer today to the return of Christ than we were yesterday, and the signs are increasing to those who believe. I am not an alarmist, but I feel compelled that there is much work to be done and the days are drawing short. No one knows the time, but the workers are few and the harvest are many. May God bless you and may you experience the saving grace of Jesus Christ!

There will be fresh articles as well as copies of articles I do for our church Newsletter. I hope you enjoy the addition of old fashioned sermons for today's concerns.

I trust in the Lord to send those to this page who may need a word of encouragement, or a biblical thought. I invite you to leave comments after any posting you read. Thank you!

How Do I Find Salvation?

1. Realize you are a sinner and that you cannot save yourself.
(Rom 3:23 KJV) For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
(Rom 10:13 KJV) For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

2. Recognize Jesus as the Savior.
(Rom 5:6-9 KJV) For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

3. Repent and receive Christ (Romans 10:9-13).
(Rom 10:9 -13 KJV) That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

It's that simple. It costs YOU nothing, JESUS paid the price!

Follow these simple steps, Jesus is standing with open arms!
