Daniel 10:13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.
My Brothers and Sisters in Christ, have you ever wondered if God has forgotten about you? Maybe a prayer seems to go unanswered, even though you feel the petition is in God’s will?
Consider what the angel of God revealed to Daniel after three weeks of intense prayer and fasting. The forces of evil were trying to stop God’s messenger! This angel plainly states that he had to have help from Michael the Arch Angel no less, because the battle was so fierce.
Now they knew God had a mighty answer for Daniel, a vision of God’s Holy Plan. But for three weeks a battle was fought just to answer his prayer. Now imagine how much God loves us that he will send warriors to fight to make sure we get His answer to our prayers. Sometimes we just don’t see with spiritual eyes the war waging around us. Sometimes we just need patience.
